How to prepare for a cleaning

If you have dogs, we ask that you please put them away in a separate location (another room, cage, etc.) upon arrival. We have the right to refuse service if dogs are not put away.

Please make sure all items are picked up off the floor (clothes, toys, etc.) and surfaces are tidy. If surfaces are 75% cluttered, they will not be cleaned. Tidy areas allow for more cleaning!

Although we do not mind having to do a few dishes, if there is a sink full of dishes, there will be an additional charge added.

Accidents do happen, but please make sure any pet messes are cleaned up. If there are any messes, they will be noted and cleaned around.

If you would like to add extra services to your clean, please notify us 24 hours prior to your clean in order to ensure we have the supplies and time.
